Weather Difference
Today the weather was sunny and mild, I even planted some carrot seedlings.
They have a cloche over them now.
However, just over 100 miles away in a friends garden she had this.
It is going to get colder here over the weekend!

Sun On Raindrops Bokeh
Backlit raindrops on twigs.
While some of the droplets are in focus the camera can make the others into beautiful circles of light.
A grey scene that starts to glisten.

Weather
As the sun rose the day began bright and sunny.
Now the sun has set and we have had clear blue skies, cloudy skies, rain, hail, sleet, snow wind. Mmmm.... think that is about it! A real mixed bag and certainly lots of weather.
So what better picture than something nothing to do with the weather?
Hope you like it!

Happy St. David's Day
Today, 1st March is St. David's Day.
Saint David is the patron saint of Wales.
Each of the countries in the United Kingdom has their patron Saint.
In Wales they celebrate St. David by wearing daffodils (or maybe leeks) and the school children often go to school dressed in Welsh national dress made from warm wool and cotton.
welsh-costume.
