Love the seaside.
As you can see, the tide was out!!
This was the sunrise this morning, looks pretty and was not too cold, however, we are going to be below freezing tomorrow, ( or so they say).
This is a poem by Thomas Hood.
No sun - no moon!
No morn - no noon -
No dawn - no dusk - no proper time of day.
No warmth, no cheerfulness, no healthful ease,
No comfortable feel in any member -
No shade, no shine, no butterflies, no bees,
No fruits, no flowers, no leaves, no birds! -
November!
However, when it is still and misty the spiders webs are to be found all around.
So small and so delicately beautiful.
It is amazing how you can have a grey day all day and then close to sunset the sun peeks through with a lovely sunset.
Look how far to the south the sun in now setting.
Like the end of November has been dispensed with and we move straight into December.
After a rather dismal wet and windy day,
The clouds lifted and we had a pretty sunset.
After a long and lingering autumn, we have had high winds and rain which have loosened the leaves and many have now floated to the ground.
