Spiced Red Berry Jelly

A while ago, I found a red currant bush in the back garden, it had a few green currants on it. So, with an old charity shop net curtain, I wrapped it up against the birds, and managed to pick enough berries to make a little jelly.

Red currants are so beautiful, however, they are pretty tart so I added some raspberries and a few black currants along with cloves, cinnamon and allspice. 
After it was ready to bottle, I added brandy.  
Now it definitely has some zing!
