Apple & Greengage Blossom

This is the first apple blossom bud and it is nearly out! If the weather is good it may open this week, let's hope so.
Apple blossom is my favourite. I love the pink and white.



I think the blossoms below may be greengage blossoms. 
I have plans to make fairly robust markers for the trees as I am not quite sure which grow what, so when the fruit comes, if it does after the many frosts, I shall label the trees. I am looking for metal (aluminium) tags, to attach to the tree, that will last and help with identification for years ahead.
